NOTE: If you receive TWN at no cost through the (U), (1). or (H) membership, you MUST return the form, below. each year in July, so ~ will know you are still interested. If you receive TWN at no cost through the (M) code. you need only return the form if information changes.
The .Code., shown above, will be on your mailing label with either the period the dues cover from July, e.g., (F) 00-0 1, or other information: (P)JAN01, means your Prospective membership expires with that issue; you will need to pay your dues, or ask for an extension. (C)OUE, means you are overdue and must pay quickly, (C)LAST ISSUE, means just that. (F) 00-0 1 CHTR, means you are a family member, your dues are paid for 00-01, and you are a Charter member. You may submit $18.95 for your dues, the cost difference will be either saved for future HSU programs/events/activities, or will be sent to other funds which supPOl1 the same goals, nation-wide, usually through the efforts of The Baker Street Irregulars, New York City.
